We strive to provide our guests with an exceptionally clean, safe, and friendly bed and breakfast experience. The following Policy/House Rules have been established based on industry standards, management and operational procedures. These Policy/House Rules are considered a part of our reservation agreement with you. Our Policy/House Rules may change from time to time, so please check back often.
1. NO SMOKING policy. Baguio City Smoke-Free Ordinance No.34, S. 2017 is observed within the property: Smoking/Vaping is PROHIBITED in accommodations such as Apartments, Boarding Houses, Lodges and Hotels among others.
2. Guests are requested to KEEP THE ROOM AND CASA LA EL FACILITIES CLEAN by throwing their garbage in designated trash bins inside the room and around the property. No littering on hallways, parking, garden and other common areas.
3. A COMMON KITCHEN IS PROVIDED FOR USE OF ALL GUESTS The common Kitchen is equipped with basic cooking and dining utensils. Guests shall keep the common Kitchen and used utensils clean after use.
4. CHECK IN TIME IS STRICTLY 2:00 PM. CHECK OUT TIME IS 12:00 NOON. Early check in and check out shall be coordinated at the front desk to check availability and additional charges.
5. WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO ACCOMMODATE SPECIAL REQUESTS. However, the availability of these items cannot be guaranteed.
6. RATES ARE QUOTED IN PHILIPPINE CURRENCY, plus tax. Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
7. We reserve the RIGHT TO REFUSE AND DISCONTINUE SERVICE to anyone for any reason(s) that does not violate laws. (i.e. uncalled for rudeness to our employees, unethical behavior, intentional destruction of property, refusal to follow rules and regulations, littering etc.)
8. 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM SILENT HOURS ORDINANCE IS OBSERVED AT CASA LA EL where televisions, voices, or other devices must be kept at a respectful low level at the given time.
9. Casa La El has STEEL DOORS that SHOULD BE SHUT AND OPENED AS QUIETLY AS POSSIBLE to avoid disturbing other guests. Call for assistance in case of difficulty in operating door locks.
10. Guest must NOTIFY AND REGISTER VISITORS AT THE FRONT DESK and shall be accompanied by the guests and be the guest’s responsibility at all times while at Casa La El premises.
11. Our COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST AVAILED BY GUESTS WILL BE SERVED BY CAFÉ LA EL to be consumed only at the restaurant area, view deck or Family Guest Room Dining Area. Take-out of complimentary breakfast is allowed with additional payment for take-out boxes. Complimentary breakfast is served from 7:30 am to 10:30 am only. It is not allowed to be served as lunch or dinner. Guests shall notify the front desk of any food allergies.
12. Access to our WI-FI IS FREE for our registered guests. Password is located at the back of the room doors. The whole property also has WI-FI. Ask assistance from Casa La El staff for connection.
13. Please HELP US CONSERVE ENERGY by simply turning off lights which are not in use, carefully using flush buttons and closing faucets properly. Reminder: Turn off faucets and showers before leaving your room. Guest will be charged Php 1,500 for neglecting to turn-off faucets.
14. All VEHICLE(S) MUST BE REGISTERED upon check in for free parking. Casa La El has an attended parking set-up thus request to move vehicles at certain times may be requested to facilitate arrival and departure of guests with vehicles.
15. NO CURFEW BUT GATES AND DOORS ARE CLOSED AT 10:00 PM for security purposes. Kindly notify front desk in case of possible late return to Casa La El. Our reception is open 24 hours. Call the given contact number for coordination of late return to the property.
16. Only the Family Guest House and Family Guest Rooms are PET-FRIENDLY. Terms and conditions shall apply. Pets should be leashed and in diapers while within property and shall not be left alone in rooms.
